Timeless Transport moves prestige and classic cars across the UK and recovers vehicles across Sussex. The business was running on a two page template that showed none of the work. We rebuilt it as an eight page site around the owner’s own photographs, and kept every address the old site had.
Drag the handle across, or use the buttons. Both halves are the home page at the same width, so what moves is the site and nothing else.

BeforeAfter
Nothing was wrong with the work. The site simply was not carrying it. Anyone weighing up handing over a classic car had almost nothing to go on.
The old site was a template that had never really been filled in, and the gaps were doing real damage to enquiries.
The brief was not to make the old site prettier. It was to give every part of the business somewhere to live, and to move nothing that Google had already found.
Every URL the old site had still resolves. The three legal pages were rebuilt at their exact old paths, and the old services page redirects to the new transport page. Rankings are hard to win and easy to throw away on a rebuild, so nothing was renamed for the sake of tidiness.
Over twenty photographs of real jobs replaced the stock look, including cars strapped inside the enclosed trailer. For a considered purchase, the proof is seeing the thing done properly, not being told it is.
Recovery is about half the work, so it now has a page carrying full weight, with the Sussex towns it covers named on it. Someone at the roadside searching for recovery was never going to find a transport site.
A contact form, a WhatsApp route and a thank you page that makes enquiries countable. The phone still works, but it is no longer the only door.
Two services with different customers, different trailers and different weight limits, so they got separate pages rather than one compromise page trying to sell both.
A real privacy policy, terms of use and accessibility statement. The new form collects names, numbers and email addresses, which makes a working privacy notice necessary rather than optional.
Three decisions shaped this build more than any design choice. Each one cost us something, and each one was worth it.
Scope, measured against the old site. These are counts of what was built, not performance figures.
We are not showing traffic, rankings or lead numbers, because the rebuild has not been pointed at the live domain yet. When there is a fair before and after to show, it will go here.
