Winter Pipeline · The Full Diary System
Knox Growth’s Full Diary System gets UK trades and construction businesses 15 guaranteed leads a month for £800 a month this winter, down from the usual £1,000. We build the ads, build the website, make the content and chase every lead so none of them go cold. And the guarantee behind those guaranteed leads now reads plainly: you don’t pay your first month until your first 15 leads are in. If they never come, you never pay us for it.

Because the two biggest trades we work with both make their money on what they book up now, not what they book up in June.
If you’re a roofer, the phone starts ringing the day the first proper storm hits, and it does not stop until spring. The firms already running ads in October and November are the ones a homeowner finds at ten o’clock at night with water coming through a ceiling. The firms who wait until the weather is nice are advertising into a market that has already been won.
If you build garden rooms or timber frame buildings, the pattern runs the other way but the logic is the same. A garden room bought in January is a garden room built in spring, once the ground firms up and the diary opens. The buyer doing the research over Christmas, comparing companies on a laptop in the evening, signs with whoever answered them well in November. Waiting until March to advertise means competing for a customer who already chose somebody else.
Winter is not the quiet season to survive. It is the season that decides who wins spring.
One sentence: 15 guaranteed leads a month, and we build your website, run your ads, make your content and chase every lead for you. Normally £1,000 a month. This winter, £800.
That is the whole offer. It is not a discount on the same thing, it is the same thing at a genuine winter rate, because winter is the busiest lead-generation season for the two trades this page is written for and we would rather earn the work at a fair price than sit it out.
The £1,000 rate is not going away. It comes back once the winter rate is reviewed in the new year. Anyone who signs at £800 keeps £800 for as long as they stay with us; the rate you were quoted is the rate you pay, always.
There are two guarantees, not one, and they cover different months.
Month one is a billing deferral: you don’t pay your first month until your first 15 leads are in. If they never come, you never pay us for it. We hold the invoice, not you.
Months two and three, and every month after, carry the standing guarantee: 15 qualified leads a month at £600 ad spend, or we keep working for free until you have them.
Both guarantees need the same three things live: £600 a month of ad spend, the instant lead form switched on, and the three-month term signed. A lead means someone who completes that form and enters the follow-up sequence, not a phone call we cannot verify.
£800 a month for 15 guaranteed leads works out at roughly £53 a lead, all in: the ad spend, the website, the content and the chasing, done for you.
That is close to what a trade already pays for a single lead shared on a platform like Checkatrade, sold to three or four other firms at the same time, with no guarantee any of them are still looking by the time you call. £53 here buys a lead nobody else is bidding against you for, chased by us until it either books or genuinely goes cold.
If you want the fuller working behind that figure, we set out what a trade lead should cost on its own page, with three real numbers from a live account.
We would rather show you one account properly than a wall of logos. The Timber Design Studio case study is a timber frame design consultancy we have run Meta ads for continuously since 2023: 360 leads at an average of £4.64 each between 28 June 2023 and 28 July 2026, with the best campaign running at £2.04 a lead. We also publish the one that didn’t work, a traffic campaign that averaged £53.13 a lead before we switched it off, because leaving that out would make the rest of it less believable.
Those are Meta ad figures for a garden room and timber frame business, not a promise about your trade or your town. What the guarantee above adds is the part a case study cannot: a number we commit to in writing before you spend anything.
Two numbers, not one, and we would rather you heard both now than find one out later.
£300 a month is the floor. It is the minimum we will run a campaign on at all, and you can start here.
£600 a month is what the guarantee needs. The 15-lead guarantee is calibrated on £600 of spend, so below that figure the guarantee does not apply, though we will still run the campaign properly.
We would rather you went in at £600, because that is what keeps the risk sitting with us rather than with you. £300 is a genuine option and never a condition of working together.
Everything together would price out at roughly £2,450 a month plus a £2,000 build. You pay £800 a month this winter. Ad spend is separate, paid to Meta directly, never hidden in the number above. The website and portal are bonuses earned by a three-month initial commitment, not a separate purchase.
It is a genuine winter rate, reviewed in the new year rather than a discount that quietly expires. Sign at £800 and £800 is your rate for as long as you stay with us.
No. Three months is the initial term. The website and portal are built in month one as part of that commitment.
Sign within three days of your call and £100 comes off your first month.
Someone who completes the instant enquiry form on your site and enters the follow-up sequence, not a call we cannot verify or a form filled in twice.
Month one, you don’t pay until you have them. From month two, we keep working for free until you do. Both are written into the contract, not just said on the call.
The two stories above are the clearest ones, but the offer runs for UK trades and construction businesses generally. Tell us what you do on the call and we will tell you honestly whether winter is your season too.
One call, no pitch deck. We will show you the maths behind your own guaranteed leads and tell you honestly whether £600 or £300 a month is the right place to start.
This is what we do as a construction marketing agency: find where your next fifteen leads a month are already sitting, and go and get them.
